Absolutely amazing stay! Beatrice and Luisa are helpful and great about communicating if you need anything. The location is centrally located for all the must see places like the Vatican, the historic district, trevi fountain, etc.

Absolutely fabulous guest house with the friendliest staff who are willing to help you with everything!!! It's very central and you can walk to most of the tourist attractions. It overlooks the Tiber river and prices per room are reasonable! Thank you to Beatrice and Louisa for making our stay a memorable one!

Awesome hotel, with a friendly helpful staff and terrific location! We were in the "small suite" that is more like a nice one bedroom apartment. I loved the views over the Tiber River. Everywhere we went on our stay was within an easy 30 minute walk, with a multitude of restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. Yet the building feels separated from the insane energy of Rome. I can't recommend this place enough.

Outstanding Service, Beautiful Room despite the Work

From the moment we walked in we were confronted with welcome, laughter, and kindness. We arrived early in the morning and sweaty and the concierge (who was helping another couple) got up, helped us with our bags, and let us settle in to a couch in an anteroom. Even though we arrived before check-in, Beatrice put a rush on our room so it would be ready for us to relax in. She was fun and bubbly and spoke beautiful English (and French) and helped us with our Italian pronunciation. She went through a map of all the sites with us, booked us a tour of the zona architectura, and called another museum to get us tickets - all in about 15 minutes! Our room was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We had a long stay and came back to a made bed, clean floors, and coffee every day. ***I should note: our room was “river view” but we didn’t have a good view because they’re doing restoration work on the facade. HOWEVER, the work didn’t bother us at all and we were still able to open our window for fresh air when we needed to.*** Luxury on the River was a major highlight of our trip (and so was Beatrice!) and I cannot wait to go back to Rome just to stay again.

Very Nice place right on the Tevere . The Hotel is within walking distance of most attractions we had 2 rooms. Both were different, both large, and both very comfortable Great bathrooms. Staff is courteous and extremely polite and helpful. I would stay here again
